Exchange & Refund Policy for Domestic Orders
- In case you are not happy with the product design or have a change of choice, we are happy to exchange your product(s) with new one(s). However, items on sale and customised items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product is damaged from our side.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once the customer has received order confirmation email. We have a 15 days return/exchange policy.
- To avail a refund/ exchange we need to be notified by email (along with the picture of the item to be returned/exchanged or the damaged item) at [email protected] or you can reach us on whatsapp on +91 9899934668 within within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
- Once we have confirmed the exchange of the product, please pack the product(s) in their original dust bag in the original unused condition, in the packaging box, along with the original receipt, tags,etc.
- The refund/ exchange process of the item(s) shall begin once we have received the item and it has been inspected by our team.
- The refund of the amount shall be deposited in the account of the buyer shared with us. In case of COD, the refund will be transferred to the account the buyer shares with us.
- In case of any customisation done to the product(s) ordered or any kind of fixed/attached personalisation of the Product(s), the Product will not be exchanged or returned.
- Pick-up and delivery of the exchanged or returned products(s) will be taken care of by Etcetera.
Exchange, Return & Refund Policy for International Orders
- In case you are not happy with the product or have a change of choice, we are happy to exchange your product(s) with new one(s), however items on sale and customised itmes cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product is damaged from our side.
- You will be eligible for a full refund if
1. We have shipped the wrong product,
2. there is a manufacturing defect,
3. the product was received in a damaged condition (we are unable to send you a replacement)
- To avail a refund/ exchange we need to be notified by email (along with the picture of the item to be returned/exchanged or the damaged item) at [email protected] or you can reach us on whatsApp on +91 9899934668 within 7 days of receiving the delivery.
- The product should be in original condition, and properly packed in the box it was delivered in, to ensure safe return to us and we will take care of the return delivery.
- Product packaging, labels and tags must not be tampered with
- If a return pickup service is not available in your location, you will have to pack the items safely with all tags in a box and a courier bag and send them to
HYPHEN, 36, Second Floor, Adhchini, New Delhi -110016, India. You will also need to share a photo of the courier/ transport tracking detail with us through email at [email protected]. Customer will bear the shipping courier charges in this case.
- The exchanged product will be shipped after having received the returned order at our warehouse and having checked it for quality purposes.
- In case of return, the refunds are processed within 2-3 business days of us receiving your order back and might take upto 14 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank’s timelines.
- If an item is bought on sale, it is considered a final sale.
